Tuoc served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shanda Online until 2014. Tuoc served as the Global Senior Vice President of Yahoo from 2007 to 2010, where he led the Search Division and was responsible for Yahoo Search products worldwide and gained market share during his tenure. He served in senior roles such as Chief Technology Officer in companies such as Zazzle Inc., IAC Search & Media, Inc., and Microsoft. He is the Founder of Jybe, Inc. (Personal Recommendation Mobile App) and the founder of Lookspark (Fashion/Social App) that were both sold to Yahoo. He is an active angel investor and adviser to many entrepreneurial startups in Silicon Valley.

Bruce has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in consumer products and 15 years of experience dealing with the complexities of privately controlled “family” businesses. As CFO of McCain Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart and Sobeys, he gained operating expertise in retail and as a manufacturer within the grocery, drug and food industries. He has oil & gas and risk management experience gained at Gulf Canada and as Vice Chairman at Marsh & McLennan Canada. Bruce has led or been instrumental in more than 65 mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and financial transactions with a cumulative value of over $26 billion. His Board experience includes Audit Committee Chair, Committee Chairman and bankruptcy steward on public, private and University Boards.
A. George (“Skip”) Battle
Skip is Chairman of the Board of FICO (Fair Isaac Corporation) and is a Director of Netflix Inc., Workday and LinkedIn. Prior to its recent sale, he served on the Board of OpenTable. Mr. Battle is a former partner of Andersen Consulting LLP (now Accenture) and was Worldwide Managing Partner of Market Development. Mr. Battle served as CEO at Ask Jeeves from 2000 to 2004 and as Executive Chairman from 2004 to 2005. He was on the Board of Directors at PeopleSoft from 1995 to 2004, was previously a director at Advent Software and Barra. He has served as a Board Member and Trustee at a number of educational and non-profit organizations. He is a Senior Fellow at the Aspen Institute and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
From 1993 until 2001, Mr. Kirsner was the Chief Financial Officer and head of Barra Ventures at Barra, Inc., an investment risk management services company. From 1967 until 1993, Mr. Kirsner was an audit professional with Arthur Andersen LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm. Mr. Kirsner was a partner in the firm from 1977 until 1993. Mr. Kirsner has served on the boards of the following public companies: Ask Jeeves, Inc., Bank of Marin Bancorp, and Advent Software, Inc. and is currently on the Board of Fair Isaac Corporation. In addition Mr. Kirsner served on the board of Cool Systems, Inc., a private company. Mr. Kirsner received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and was a General Course Student at the London School of Economics. Mr. Kirsner brings extensive financial and accounting expertise to the Board of Directors. On the public company boards he has served as chair of audit and compensation committees and is qualified as an “audit committee financial expert” as defined under SEC guidelines. His significant public accounting, public company CFO, investment, and audit committee experience provide Mr. Kirsner with financial acumen and leadership skills and his service on the boards of other public and private companies provides us with additional valuable perspectives on our business and on issues affecting similarly situated companies.
Peter is Vice President for Leadership Programs at Netflix, responsible for creating a world-class internal leadership development academy. Prior to joining Netflix in May 2018, Peter served for 14 years as trustee and Executive Vice President for Leadership, and as Executive Director of the Henry Crown Fellowship Program, at the Aspen Institute. Before this, Peter served for eight years as President and CEO of TechnoServe Inc. He is co-founder of the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs and serves as a board member at Georgetown University’s Beeck Center for Social Impact and Innovation as well as at the Pahara Institute. Peter is a former adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and was named "Outstanding Social Entrepreneur" by the Schwab Foundation in Geneva. He is a graduate of Georgetown University (BSFS) and the University of California/Berkeley (MBA).
From December 2008 to May 2011, Mr. Rey served as Executive Vice President and Chief Client Relationship Officer of UnitedHealth Group. From 1972 until 2008, Mr. Rey was an employee and then partner at Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen & Co.), a global consulting firm. Mr. Rey served as both the Global Managing Partner of the healthcare industry practice and, as a Senior Managing Partner, led Accenture’s large client relationship development program. Mr. Rey serves on the board of Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) and is chairman of the board of Atlas Lift Tech. Mr. Rey holds an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of California and was a Certified Public Accountant (now inactive) in the State of California. Mr. Rey brings data analytics and financial accounting expertise to the Board of Directors, as well as global, cross-industry experience in developing and sustaining the kind of large client and channel partner relationships that are expected to drive BodiData’s business growth.
Ms. Marina P. Zazanis
Marina Co-Founded Kytogenics Pharmaceutical, Inc. in 1993 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since 1987. Ms. Zazanis is responsible for managing the research and development of the Chitin platform technology. She Co-Founded NMR of America, Inc. ("NMR") in 1983 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1987. From 1991 until 1993, she served as President of NeoGenix, Inc. Since 1956, she has been involved as shareholder and Director of Clement Pappas & Co., Inc. She serves on the Board of Clement Pappas & Company, Inc. She served on the Board of Directors of the Beaches, on the Alumni Board of Hood College. She also served as a Trustee of the Maliotis Foundation. She is a member of the Controlled Release Society. She has a B.A. degree in English from Hood College, Frederick MD.
